Monthly limits count consumption in the billing period. Deleting a role or a candidate does not return quota. Active roles, seats, mailboxes and client workspaces are counted at once.
What the same hiring costs through the usual routes
Recruiting agencies commonly charge 15 to 25 percent of a hire's first year salary, and an in house recruiter is a full salary plus tools. A subscription replaces neither judgment nor interviews. It replaces the hours spent sourcing, reading CVs and chasing replies.

Can I see results before I pay?
Yes. Before you pay, the demo on the homepage builds an example pipeline, job post and shortlist for any role you type, without an account. Every plan below is a paid monthly or yearly subscription, and real sourcing, outreach and scoring start once a plan is active.
How are the monthly limits counted?
Candidates analyzed, contact reveals, outreach emails and skills tests count what you use during the billing period. Deleting a role, a candidate or a message never gives quota back, because the work behind it already happened. Counters reset when the next billing period starts. Your dashboard shows a meter for every limit.
What does active roles at once mean?
It is the number of roles the pipeline runs in parallel. When a role is filled or closed, its slot opens for the next one. Closed roles stay readable, so you keep the shortlist, the messages and the notes for your records.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You see a prompt at 80 percent of any limit. At 100 percent the pipeline pauses that activity until the next period or until you move to a bigger plan. Nothing already in the pipeline is lost.
How do upgrades work?
You can move to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly at any time inside the billing portal. The difference for the rest of the current period is charged right away and the new limits apply as soon as that payment goes through. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the billing portal in a few clicks and the subscription stops renewing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are final, as described in the refund policy.
Do you charge per hire or per seat?
No. The plan price is the whole price. There are no placement fees, no success fees and no per seat add ons inside a plan. Seats, mailboxes and client workspaces are included up to the plan limit.
Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Plans are priced in USD and paid by card through our payment operator, with bank authentication where your card supports it. Every payment produces an invoice PDF in your account, and the Agency plan adds an annual invoice.
