Arya by Leoforce pricing and when a flat priced AI recruiter covers more
Leoforce publishes no Arya prices. Here is what its custom quotes cover, why third party estimates conflict, and how to compare an offer with published RecruitingBot plans that include screening and interview scheduling.

The short answer
Arya by Leoforce pricing is available by quote, and the Leoforce pricing page shows no public prices at the time of writing. Third party guides report roughly 199 to 599 USD per job for Pulse and 5,000 to 32,000 USD a month for enterprise products, but these are conflicting, unverified estimates. RecruitingBot Starter has published pricing of 299 USD monthly or 149 USD per month billed yearly, with sourcing, outreach, screening, skills tests and interview scheduling. Whether it covers more of your work depends on the products and services in your Arya proposal.
What Leoforce publishes and what it does not
The Leoforce pricing page describes its approach as "transparent, custom pricing" and asks buyers to request a quote. It lists Source, Capture, Convert, Rediscovery and Signal. It does not publish prices for those products. G2's Arya listing also says the vendor has not provided pricing, so that listing cannot confirm a budget either.
Leoforce says proposals define technology, services, support and success measures. They include configuration help, ATS, CRM and career site integration, training, post launch support and outcome reporting. That scope matters for a staffing firm or enterprise arranging a managed rollout. Ask for each component in writing so you can compare the offer with the work your team actually needs.
If you searched for Arya AI recruiting pricing after a demo, start with the exact product names in your proposal. A quote for sourcing and a proposal involving career site conversion or ATS rediscovery should not be treated as equivalent purchases.
What drives an Arya quote
Leoforce identifies the following inputs to custom pricing. Send a consistent brief when requesting proposals so differences in scope do not look like differences in price.
- Products selected from the Leoforce suite.
- Hiring volume and the number and type of open roles.
- Candidate traffic or website traffic relevant to the proposal.
- Geographic coverage required for your recruiting work.
- Optional integrations needed alongside the proposed configuration.
- Desired outcomes and how success will be measured.
Reported Arya price ranges are unverified estimates
Third party guides conflict on Arya pricing. Some describe a pay per job option called Pulse; others describe enterprise products such as Convert and Rediscovery. The ranges below are unverified third party estimates, not published Leoforce prices or a confirmed offer. Do not combine them into a single price ladder or assume they describe the same contract.
| Product or reference | Reported price | Source type | How to use it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leoforce pricing page | No public price | Official vendor page | Request a proposal for your scope |
| G2 Arya listing | Vendor has not provided pricing | Third party listing | Does not establish a price |
| Pulse pay per job option | Roughly 199 to 599 USD per job | Unverified third party estimate | Confirm availability, scope and terms |
| Enterprise products including Convert and Rediscovery | Roughly 5,000 to 32,000 USD a month | Unverified third party estimate | Do not use as a confirmed enterprise budget |
Questions to ask before signing an Arya contract
Use the quote discussion to settle the buying unit, included work and renewal terms. A demo can show a useful workflow without establishing exactly what your order form buys.
- Is this pay per job or a subscription, and what counts as a billable job?
- Which products are included, and which demonstrated capabilities require another product?
- What is the contract length, payment schedule, renewal process and cancellation notice?
- Are integration fees included, and what work could create an additional charge?
- How many seats are included, and how are recruiter and client access handled?
- How are outcomes defined, measured and reported, and what does your team need to contribute?
Put the agreed terms in writing
Ask the proposal to identify configuration, integration, training and post launch responsibilities. Check whether a promised outcome means sourced candidates, responses, interviews or something else. These are questions for negotiation, not claims about what any particular Arya contract contains.
When negotiating the vendor agreement, keep the signed order form and renewal date in your contract management software so any agreed auto renewal does not surprise you. Match the document to the final scope before comparing its cost with another tool.
Year one costs for a hypothetical hiring plan
Suppose your team opens 12 roles over a year. The pay per job rows apply the endpoints of the reported Pulse range to that hypothetical workload. They are arithmetic examples, not Arya quotes, and establish neither availability nor included services. RecruitingBot rows use published Starter prices.
| Scenario | Year one arithmetic | Year one cost | Price basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reported pay per job lower estimate | 12 roles x 199 USD | 2,388 USD | Unverified third party estimate |
| Reported pay per job upper estimate | 12 roles x 599 USD | 7,188 USD | Unverified third party estimate |
| RecruitingBot Starter billed yearly | 12 months x 149 USD | 1,788 USD | Published annual billing rate |
| RecruitingBot Starter paid monthly | 12 months x 299 USD | 3,588 USD | Published monthly rate |
Compare capacity alongside annual cost
Twelve roles opened across a year are different from twelve active roles at once. Starter includes 3 active roles, 1,500 candidates analyzed, 300 contact reveals, 600 outreach emails and 50 skills tests a month, plus 2 seats and 1 mailbox. Check the timing and workload of your searches before treating Starter as the right fit.
Growth costs 599 USD monthly or 299 USD per month billed yearly, with 8 active roles, 5 seats, 3 mailboxes and 3 client workspaces. Agency costs 999 USD monthly or 499 USD per month billed yearly, with 20 active roles, 15 seats, unlimited client workspaces, API and SSO. The RecruitingBot pricing and plan limits let you compare capacity directly. There are no hiring fees or per hire charges.
When Arya is the better buy
Arya is a long running AI sourcing product with a suite covering sourcing, career site capture, conversion and ATS rediscovery. It deserves consideration when your enterprise or high volume staffing operation wants several of those functions and a managed rollout with services and configuration defined in the proposal.
A published subscription price alone does not replace that scope. If career site capture, conversion or rediscovery is central to your project, compare those requirements explicitly. Arya may be the better buy when its proposed technology, services and support match the implementation your team wants, even if another product has a lower subscription price.
When a flat priced AI recruiter is the better buy
A startup or lean talent team may need help across the hiring workflow rather than a broader sourcing suite. RecruitingBot runs the job post, rubric, sourcing, outreach from your own mailbox, screening, skills tests, interview scheduling and shortlist. A flat price makes sense when those are the steps you need covered and the plan limits fit your workload.
For staffing teams, client separation and recruiter access belong in the comparison too. Our RecruitingBot guide for recruiting agencies provides another starting point. Compare the actual Arya proposal with the RecruitingBot plan you would use, including services and capacity, before deciding which covers more.
